With collaboration from Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia, EGi directed an R&D programme to develop certified reference materials (CRM) to be used for QC purposes in ANC and NAG testing. EGi have now made these CRMs available for purchase by EGi clients and other laboratories to facilitate improved QC protocols and increase end user confidence for programmes across the sector.
